Cynthia Minchillo, RP, began working as a paralegal in Dallas in 1988 and joined Chalker Flores, LLP in January of 2010. She earned her Paralegal Advanced Competency (PACE) Registered Paralegal (RP) designation in 1997 from the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Political Science, cum laude, in 2000 and a Masters of Public Affairs degree in 2003 from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Cynthia was a Board Certified Paralegal in Personal Injury Trial Law from 1996-2014 by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization before moving to intellectual property law full-time. Current memberships include the Dallas Area Paralegal Association, the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. She has held various elected and appointed positions with all three associations since 1995, as well as serving as an ABA Approval Commission Representative from 2007-2011 and special site visitor from 2012-2024 for the approval of paralegal programs in the US. She is a presenter and author on various continuing legal education topics. Cynthia served as an adjunct faculty member of El Centro College's Paralegal Program from 2005-2007 and 2011-2017, and has been an adjunct faculty member of Collin College's Paralegal Program from 2011-present.
